THE WAGNER PROJECT will:

1. Collect examples “in the wild” of disinformation campaigns used to fog and hinder investigations into Wagner PMC and Russian ambitions.

2. We will collaborate and learn from other organizations who specialize in disinformation to establish a comprehensive understanding of information operations in action.

3. We will arrange presentation materials to simply explain the campaigns used to cover the criminal activity of the Russian Federation and its proxies.
